Eyebolt attachment is located in the front grill area, the license plate may need to be removed to access it. This vehicle may be equipped with an air suspension that has the ability to adjust even when the vehicle is turned off. INSURE THAT THE VEHICLE IS SECURED TO THE BED VIA IT’S WHEELS USING WHEEL STRAPS. ----- To gain ground clearance for loading, place the vehicle in JACK MODE: 1) Press the brake pedal; 2) Using the screen in the center of the dash select/touch: CONTROLS > Driving > Very High > JACK. Jack Mode is canceled when vehicle is moved more than 4MPH.---------To release the parking brake and to put the transmission in Neutral (N), place the vehicle in TOW MODE. 1) Block the vehicle’s wheels to prevent rolling; 2) Shift the vehicle into park; 3) Press the brake pedal; 4) Using the screen in the center of the dash select/touch: CONTROLS > E-Brake & POWER OFF > TOW MODE. This allows the vehicle to roll. TOW MODE is cancelled when the vehicle is shifted into park. ------ Load front first using a V-Bridle with mini J-hooks attached to the small round holes located in the outside bottom of the rear control arms. Do not use the control arms to secure the vehicle to the bed for transport! Place a wooden spacer between the v-bridle and vehicle to prevent damage. --------Some models provide for an eyebolt loading point. If available, the eye bolt is stored within a compartment located under the hood. "Eye Bolt Attachment Notice": The manufacturer specifies use of an auxiliary attachment point for vehicle loading. Check owners manual for location & specifications."Ground Clearance Warning": Vehicle may require dollies or extra ramping for safe towing or loading.
