Wheel straps should be looped through wheel rim openings to secure to a flatbed carrier. Place soft cotton between straps and rims to protect rim finish. The tow eye is located in a compartment under the trunk deck. "Eye Bolt Attachment Notice": The manufacturer specifies use of an auxiliary attachment point for vehicle loading. Check owners manual for location & specifications. "Ground Clearance Warning": Vehicle may require dollies or extra ramping for safe loading. Aluminum control arms can be damaged when loading or securing vehicle. Do not use chains or J-hooks. The attachment for the front eye bolt is located behind a trim cover on the passenger side front bumper. The attachment point for the rear eye bolt is located on the rear of the frame structure between the right rear wheel and the center of the vehicle (right rear between wheels) Hybrid High Voltage Wiring Caution: Avoid wiring under vehicle when making tow connections.
