Tower Tip: GM Notice: "XTS TOWING PROCEDURE" "The XTS must be wheel lifted from the rear. If the vehicle is wheel lifted from the front it will damage the exhaust. Due to the low trim heigth of the vehicle, the front axle must be elevated to prevent damage. Thus the front axle must be towed with a tow dolly cradling the axle. A flat bed cannot be used to transport an XTS. A flat tire (or multiple flats) will not impact the towing process described here."
