Connect as follows: 1)(+) terminal of stalled vehicle auxiliary battery to (+) terminal of rescue vehicle. 2) (-) terminal of rescue vehicle to the luggage door striker of stalled Prius. Note: Vehicle security system will prevent starting if any vehicle glass is broken. SOLAR PANEL VOLTAGE WARNING: Prius autos with a solar panel on the roof have 27v of current running down the C pillar next to the air bag wiring. Cutting or damage to the C pillar could cause air bags to deploy. To disconnect, remove the headliner above the rear driver side seat & disconnect or cut either the red or blue wire.
